HOW THE DEVIL SYAITAN DECEIVE MEN AND HOW MEN CAN PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM THE DEVIL SYAITAN

Iblis blames Adam for the reason he had been cursed by Allah. Iblis hates not only Adam but also all the children of Adam. Iblis swears to Allah that he will work very hard to deviate the whole children of Adam from the true path. Iblis swears to Allah that he will drag all of them to the hellfire. Iblis asked Allah to give him the time to live in this world until doomsday and Allah has granted his request. Iblis wants to live longer in order to be able to deviate all the children of Adam. Allah had allowed Iblis to deviate the whole children of Adam from the correct path but Allah will not allow Iblis to deviate the children of Adam who are obeying the order of Allah with sincerity. Allah told Iblis that he may deviate the whole children of Adam but Iblis would not be able to deviate those children of Adam who are sincere. Whoever from among the children of Adam obeys the order of Allah with sincerity will be saved from Iblis and syaitan. Who are sincere? Whoever obeys the order of Allah with the intention to please Allah. The children of Adam will not obey Allah with sincerity unless they have become believers. In order to help those who are not believers to become sincere in all their actions they must recite their intention loudly with focus on the heart as advised by Imam Shafie. Imam Shafie is a very great imam who understands very well about the Quran and Hadis. Imam Shafie had advised Muslims to recite their intention loudly. I feel fortunate to be able to become the followers of Mazhab of Imam Shafie. All praise to Allah.

In our actions we must have intention and our intention must be sincere. What is a sincere intention? When we do any actions we must have the intention because it is the order of Allah and to please Allah. Sincerity means to obey the order of Allah in order to please Allah. We must recite our intention loudly with focus on our heart, and then only we will have the correct intention in our hearts. On the other hand, Iblis will try to persuade us not to make any intention in all of our actions. When we do not make any intention in all of our actions, our actions will not become amals. When we make intention in our actions Iblis will try to persuade us to have wrong intention. What is a wrong intention? A wrong intention is when we obey the order of Allah, not with the intention to please Allah. Jemaah Tabligh teaches their followers to go out for 3 days or 40 days or 4 months with the intention to rectify ourselves and not to rectify others. Actions done with the intention to rectify ourselves and not to rectify others is not sincere. Jemaah Tabligh teaches their followers that there is no one who knows what sincerity is. According to their understanding, sincerity is similar to the black ants, crawling on a black stone in a black and dark night. Iblis is a teacher who teaches us not to have sincerity in all of their actions so that all of our actions are not accepted by Allah.

Azazil has syirik in his heart while Adam did not have syirik in his heart. Adam also disobeyed the order of Allah not because he had syirik as Iblis disobeyed the order of Allah but because of he followed the desire of his wife Hawa.  All other sins are forgiven by Allah but the sins of syirik will not be forgiven by Allah. Taubah or repentance will not make syirik to be forgiven or eliminated from our hearts but syirik can only be eliminated from our heart by obeying the first order of Allah. Iblis has syirik with Allah but Adam has no syirik with Allah. The sin of syirik is greater than all other sins. When Adam and Hawa were ready to make taubah and repentance, Allah can forgive the sins of Adam and Hawa. Even if Azazil is willing to make taubah and repentance, the sins of syirik of Azazil cannot be forgiven by Allah. One time Hazrat Prophet Musa, May Allah showers blessing upon him, told Allah that Iblis was ready to make taubah and repentance. Allah told Prophet Musa, may Allah showers blessing upon him, to tell Iblis that Allah will only accept his taubah if Iblis was ready to prostrate to the grave of Adam. Iblis arrogantly told Prophet Musa to tell Allah that even when Adam was alive, he was not ready to prostrate to him, how could he be ready to prostrate to Adam when Adam is dead.

Allah has ordered the umat of Prophet Muhammad saw to do the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. The work must be done in the way shown by our Prophet Muhammad saw. Instead of giving lectures in the mosques, our Muslims scholars or ustaz should do the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. Allah has ordered Prophet Muhammad saw and his followers to go to every person, either Muslim or non-Muslim who live in every house, located in every lane and street in every town and city of every country in this world. Muslims must invite the non-Muslims to recite the Great Kalimah and to remind Muslims about the Great Kalimah and to invite Muslims to do the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. This is the first order of Allah. If the first order of Allah is obeyed by all Muslims in all over the world, with the permission of Allah, it will eradicate or cure the disease of pride or kibir in the hearts of Muslims. Riak and Kibir is a disease which has destroyed Azazil. Without doing the first order of Allah, the order which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah, all other orders of Allah, will not be able to cure or eliminate the disease of riak or pride in our hearts. Without doing the first order of Allah but doing all other orders of Allah will only increase the disease of riak and kibir in our hearts.

Pride or riak is the most dangerous disease of our soul. Allah says in Hadis Qudsi with an approximate meaning; if I do not fear the disease of riak and kibir will come to my beloved servants, I would not make my beloved servants, to commit any sins or mistakes. Allah loves to forgive and Allah is very pleased with those who often ask for forgiveness and taubah from Him. Allah has created the sons of Adam to be susceptible in committing mistakes or sins. Allah loves those who, when they commit mistakes, they immediately ask for forgiveness from Allah. What action does Allah loves most? Allah loves to forgive the sins of the children of Adam. As the proverb says; that to err is human. No human can ever escape from making sins or mistakes. However Allah loves those who after committing sins or mistakes, immediately pleaded to Allah for the forgiveness of their sins. Allah says with the approximate meaning; if men whom I have created are not asking for forgiveness from me, I will create another creation who will always ask for forgiveness from Me.

Azazil or Iblis was jealous of Adam. Azazil or Iblis cannot accept the fact that Adam was chosen to become Khalifah. Similarly the Jews were jealous of Muhammad saw when Muhammad saw was chosen as the last Prophet of Allah. The Jews believe that the last Prophet of Allah must be a Jew scholar. The elders of Jemaah Tabligh believe that the one who should be chosen to revive the work of Prophet Muhammad saw should be from among them and not from others. When Allah chose Muhammad who was an Arab trader and not a Jew scholar to become the last Prophet of Allah the Jews became jealous and decided not to accept Muhammad saw as the last Prophet of Allah.  As the Jews believed that the last Prophet of Allah must be a Jew similarly Azazil believe the Khalifah must be Azazil or Iblis. Iblis or Azazil has the disease of kibir or pride. The Jews also has the disease of kibir or pride. The elders of Jemaah Tabligh also have the disease of kibir or pride. All the ibadah made by Azazil were not sincere. Azazil made ibadah not with the intention to please Allah but to become Khalifah. Allah did not accept the ibadah of Iblis, because the ibadah of Iblis was done not with sincerity but with the intention to become Khalifah. From his ibadah, Iblis does not gain an increase in iman but gains an increase in pride or kibir. Our iman will only increase to a level that will enable us to become believers when we obey the first order of Allah with the intention to please Allah. When we have become believers we will have sincerity in all of our other actions or amals. When we do all the other orders of Allah with sincerity, then only our iman will increase. Without obeying the first order of Allah, we will not become believers and we will not have sincerity in all of our actions or amals. When we obey all the other orders of Allah but we do not obey the first order of Allah, in all of our other actions or amals, we will not have sincerity. When we obey the orders of Allah without sincerity, instead of gaining iman, we will be gaining riak or pride.

What made Azazil became Iblis? Azazil became Iblis because he followed his desire. What was the desire of Azazil at that time? Azazil wanted to be a great man. Azazil performed more amal with the intention to become a great man. Azazil wished to become a Khalifah. When Allah did not appoint him as Khalifah, Azazil became very angry and frustrated with Allah. Azazil frustrations lead him to disobey the order of Allah. Azazil was cursed by Allah because Azazil followed his desire. When Azazil followed his desire, Azazil became Iblis. What is the work of Iblis? The work of Iblis is to invite men to other than Allah. What it means by the word to invite men to other than Allah? It means to prevent men from reciting the Great Kalimah and to prevent men who have recited the Great Kalimah from doing the work of inviting others to recite the Great Kalimah. The work of inviting men to other than Allah is known as the work of syaitan. Iblis is the leader of those who invite men to other than Allah and the work to invite men to other than Allah is known as the work of syaitan.

Syaitan is not a name of a person but is a name given to the work which invites men to other than Allah. Jinns and men who do the work of inviting to other than Allah are doing the work of syaitan and are known as syaitan. Iblis is the leader to those who do the work of syaitan. Iblis recruits many men and jinn to become the workers of syaitan. The armies or disciples of Iblis consist of many men and jinn and their work is to invite other men and jinns to other than Allah. In the month of Ramadhan, syaitan are tied and are prevented from disturbing the fasting of those who are the believers. In the month of Ramadan syaitan still have the power to disturb the fasting of those who are Muslims but are not believers. Men and jinn who have become syaitan remain as syaitan even in the month of Ramadhan. Allah says in the approximate meaning; in the month of Ramadhan the rizq or sustenance of those who are believers is increased. What it means by the rizq or sustenance of the believers is increased in the month of Ramadhan? Rizq or sustenance does not mean only foods or wealth but it also means righteous deeds. During the month of Ramadhan the rizq of the believers is increased which also means the believers are given by Allah more opportunities to do good amals and the rewards of the amals or actions of the believers are multiplied manifold during the month of Ramadhan.

How does Iblis or syaitan destroy man and jinn? Iblis or syaitan told Prophet Muhammad saw that syaitan destroy men and jinn by inviting men and jinns to do unrighteous or evil deeds. What is the greatest evil deed? The greatest evil deed done by men is not willing to recite the Great Kalimah; I bear witness, there is no God except Allah and I bear witness Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. The greatest evil deeds done by those who have recited the Great Kalimah is not willing to do the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. What syaitan do in order to destroy men? Syaitan will work hard to prevent men and jinn or the non-Muslims from reciting the Great Kalimah and syaitan will work hard to prevent those who have recited the Great Kalimah or the Muslims from doing the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. What is the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah? It is the work of enjoining good and forbidding evils. The work of enjoining good is the work of inviting the non-Muslims to recite the Great Kalimah; I bear witness, there is no God except Allah and I bear witness Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah and the work which remind Muslims about the Great Kalimah and the work to invite Muslims to do the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah.

All syaitans are under the command of Iblis and all the syaitans work very hard to prevent the non-Muslims from reciting the Great Kalimah and to prevent Muslims from doing the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah. Whoever works to prevent non-Muslims from reciting the Great Kalimah and to prevent Muslims from doing the work which fulfills the right of the Great Kalimah or the work to invite the non-Muslims to recite the Great Kalimah is doing the work of syaitan. Whoever from among men and Jinns who is doing the work of syaitan is the representative or wakil of Iblis. In the Quran, Allah says with the approximate meaning; the representatives or wakil of syaitan are from among men and jinn. What is the difference between the work of a Prophet and the work of Iblis? The work of the Prophet is the work of Allah which is to invite or to call men to Allah and to invite men who have recited the Great Kalimah to obey the orders of Allah and the work of syaitan is the same as the work of Iblis which is to invite or to call men to other than Allah and to invite men who have recited the Great Kalimah to disobey the orders of Allah.
