All the previous Presidents of Mesir were ex-army’s personals and were strongly supported by the armed forces of Mesir. For more than 50 years, the armed forces of Mesir have enjoyed the position which is similar to the position of a King in a monarchy system. I think the shrewd Politicians who are supported by 48% of the peoples and who are not in favour of Muhammad Mursi to become the President of Mesir were using the armed forces to overthrow Muhammad Mursi. In my opinion the action to overthrow Muhammad Mursi was wrong and the wrong actions were the means upon which Allah has sent calamities to the nation of Mesir. In order to remove the calamities which had been sent by Allah to the peoples of Mesir, the persons who did the wrong actions must make repentance or tube to Allah and they must replace the wrong actions with correct action. What is the correct action which they must do in order to make Mesir to return back to peace? They must install Muhammad Mursi back to become the President of Mesir. Allah forbids Muslims to kill other Muslims. All the persons who are in the army or with the Muslims Brotherhood are Muslims because all of them have recited the Great Kalimah. Muslims who have overthrown the President Muhammad Mursi and who have killed other Muslims are the Muslims have disobeyed the orders of Allah.
In my opinion, the Muslims in Mesir who are not with the Muslims Brotherhood are generally the Muslims who love the lifestyles of the non-Muslims rather than the lifestyle of the Muslims and they are generally the Muslims who love Mesir to become a secular nation rather than an Islamic nation. The Muslims who love the lifestyles of the non-Muslims rather than the lifestyle of the Muslims are not Kafir but they are Muslims who have very weak iman. Because they are the Muslims with weak iman they are unable to obey the orders of Allah. However the Muslims who are with Muslims Brotherhood are probably the Muslims who have slightly more iman than the Muslims who love the lifestyles of the non-Muslims but in my opinion they are not the believers. Generally the Muslims who are with Muslims Brotherhood want Mesir to become an Islamic state, who perform the five times prayers, who fast in the month of Ramadan, who pay zakat and who perform pilgrimage to Mecca but are not performing the first order of Allah. What is the first order of Allah? The first order of Allah is not only to recite the Great Kalimah but to fulfil the right of reciting the Great Kalimah. What is the right of reciting the Great Kalimah? The right of reciting the Great Kalimah is to do the work of inviting mankind to good and forbidding mankind from evils.
When the Muslims are not doing the work of inviting mankind to good and forbidding mankind from evils they will remain Muslims but with weak iman but they will not become the believers. When they are not believers, Allah will not give them the understanding of the Quran. The Muslims who do not have the understanding the Quran will interpret the Quran wrongly. As for examples the members of PAS or Muslims Brotherhood regards themselves as the true Muslims and the Muslims who are not with PAS or with Muslims Brotherhood are not the true Muslims while the leaders of PAS regard the members of UMNO as Kafir or non-Muslims. PAS leaders regard the Muslims who are with UMNO as Kafir. PAS members are usually the Muslims who perform the five times daily payers, who fast in the month of Ramadan, who pay zakat and who perform pilgrimage to Mecca but they are not doing the work which fulfil the right of reciting the Great Kalimah. When a Muslim is only reciting the Great Kalimah without doing the work of inviting mankind to good and forbidding mankind from evils the way done by Prophet Muhammad saw it means the Muslim is not doing the work which fulfils the right of the Great Kalimah. When Muslims only recite the Great Kalimah without doing the work of inviting mankind to good and forbidding mankind from evils, their iman become very weak and when their iman are weak, they are not able to become the believers. When they are not the believers, they are not given by Allah the understanding of the Quran. When they are not given by Allah the understanding of the Quran, they will not know about how to implement the orders of Allah which are mentioned in the Quran.
Although Muhammad Mursi is the hafiz of Quran but I think he is not a believer. Because he is not a believer, he was not able to execute the various orders of Allah which are mentioned in the Quran in the way which was done by Prophet Muhammad saw. Generally the Muslims who are not with Muslims Brotherhood love the lifestyle of the non-Muslims, not in favour of Mohammad Mursi to become the President of Mesir and not in favour of Mesir to become an Islamic country. In my opinion, the ulama of Muslims Brotherhood are also not the persons who understand the Quran when they make the fatwa that; Muslims who are not in favour of Mesir to become an Islamic state are Kafir or secular Muslims. In my opinion the Muslims who are not in favour of Mesir to become an Islamic state are not Kafir or secular Muslims but Muslims who have disobeyed the orders of Allah. When the alarm of the Muslims Brotherhood had given the fatwa that the Muslims who are not in favour of Mesir to become an Islamic state are Kafir or secular Muslims then the Muslims who are with Muslims Brotherhood will regard the clashes between the members of Muslims Brotherhood and the armies is similar to the clashes between Muslims and non-Muslims. Because of the fatwa, the members of the Muslims Brotherhood have regard to die in the clashes with the armies is to die as the martyrs.
Muslims Brotherhood buried the Muslims whom they have regarded as martyrs similar to those Muslims who are the real martyrs. In my opinion the fatwa which is given by the ulama of Muslims Brotherhood is a wrong fatwa. In my opinion the wrong fatwa had caused the clashes between the Muslims Brotherhood and the armies to accelerate to a greater dimension which finally have led to many more casualties on the side of the armies as well as on the side of the Muslims Brotherhood. What is the correct fatwa? The correct Fatwa is that the clashes between the armies and Muslims Brotherhood are not Jihad but the clashes between two brothers in Islam. In the clashes between two brothers in Islam it is Haram for a Muslim to kill another Muslim and both the Muslims who are trying to kill each other; whether the Muslims who killed other Muslims or Muslims who have the intention to kill other Muslims but are being killed by other Muslims will enter the hellfire. Why the ulama of Muslims Brotherhood have given the fatwa that the clashes between the members of Muslims Brotherhood and the armies are similar to the clashes between Muslims and non-Muslims? They give this fatwa because they are arrogant and ignorant. Why I think they are arrogant and ignorant? I think they are arrogant and ignorant because they regard only the Muslims who are with Muslims Brotherhood are Muslims while the Muslims who are with the armies are Kafir. All the members of armies of Mesir are also Muslims because they too have recited the Great Kalimah. In Islam, it is not permissible to regard the persons who have recited the Great Kalimah as kafir and it is also not permissible to kill the persons who have recited the Great Kalimah. PAS also regard the Muslims in UMNO as Kafir when all the members of UMNO are reciting the Great Kalimah. I think, the ulama of PAS will also issue the same fatwa as the ulama of Muslims Brotherhood in case there are clashes between the members of UMNO and PAS. The clashes between Muslims and Muslims are not Jihad and to die in such clashes will not make the persons to become martyrs. Whoever kills his brothers in Islam will enter the hellfire. Irrespective whether the Muslims belong to Muslims Brotherhood or to the armies, but the person who had killed a Muslim will enter the hellfire.
The person who had killed even only one Muslim will enter the hellfire. Allah has forbidden Muslim to kill those who have recited the Great Kalimah. When two Muslims are trying to kill each other, both of them will enter hellfire irrespective whether in the clashes one Muslim is killed and the other Muslim remains alive. Allah values the person who has recited the Great Kalimah. Allah gives even more values to those Muslims who have become the believers. Allah forbids the Muslims from killing the persons who have recited the Great Kalimah and from killing the Muslims who are the believers. The armies should not kill the Muslims who were demonstrating and the Muslims who were demonstrating should not kill the armies. The armies who killed the Muslims who were demonstrating will certainly enter the hellfire. In my opinion the armies had the intention to kill the demonstrators who are mainly Muslims when the armies were using live ammunitions in trying to disperse the demonstrators. When the armies were killing the Muslims, it means the armies are the inhabitants of the hellfire. There is no justification for the armies to kill the demonstrators who are Muslims. All the demonstrators were without weapons and the armies should not regard them as the enemies of Mesir. In my opinion the clashes between the Muslims Brotherhood and the armies are the clashes between two brothers in Islam and it is not Jihad and whoever have died in the clashes will not make the persons to become the martyrs.
What is Jihad? Jihad is the war between Muslims and the non-Muslims. The war is not started by the Muslims but is started by the non-Muslims. The non-Muslims started to have a war with the Muslims because they dislike the Muslims to invite them to recite the Great Kalimah. The clashes which are happening in Mesir are the clashes between two brothers in Islam who have differences in opinions regarding the ways on how to govern Mesir. One group of the Muslims in Mesir wanted Mesir to become a secular state with laws which inherit from the colonial master while the other group of the Muslims in Mesir wanted Mesir to become an Islamic state with the laws of the Quran. In my opinion the armed forces of Mesir should not solve the political problem of Mesir by disposing President Mohammad Mursi but by negotiation. Why should the political clashes in Mesir be solved by negotiations and not by war? It should be solved by negotiations and not by war because the clashes arise between two brothers in Islam. In my opinion, the armed forces should not have interfered with the crisis but instead the armed forces should have chosen a qualified person who is respected by both parties to become the chairman in the negotiation. In my opinions the negotiations may take months or years but it should continue until both parties are satisfied with the outcomes of the negotiations. Negotiations should be the way on how the Muslims should resolve differences between them. Muslims who are not satisfied with the President should not have used the army to overthrow the President but they should have negotiations with the President. The action to overthrow the President by using the army is against the order of Allah.
The reason to overthrow the President because the President was only following the desires of Muslims Brotherhood or the President was not fulfilling his election promises are not the valid reasons to overthrow the President. The action to overthrow the President on whatever reasons is against the order of Allah. Allah forbids Muslims to overthrow their leaders who are performing prayers with them. The action to overthrow the President is a great sin. The peoples of Mesir should know that there is no President in the whole world who can fulfil the wishes of all of his people. Mohammad Mursi certainly is not able to fulfil the wishes of all the peoples of Mesir. When a President is not able to fulfil the wishes of some of his or her peoples, it does means the peoples whose wishes are not fulfilled by the President are allowed to use the army to overthrow the President. If this is the case, the country will continue to be in a state of chaos and turmoil as long as there are groups who are not satisfied with the Presidents of the country. The action to overthrow President Muhammad Mursi has set the precedent that whoever in Mesir who are not satisfied with the President are allowed to use the army to overthrow the President. What a shame to those in Mesir who claim to be the intellectuals and yet they are not able to solve the political problems of Mesir. The political turmoil in Mesir is created by the peoples of Mesir. By their own actions, they have created the political turmoil. Instead of using the army to overthrow the President, the peoples of Mesir should have exercised patience and forbearance. Who will solve the problems in Mesir?
There is no one who is able to solve the problems in Mesir except Allah. Allah will solve the problems of Mesir when the peoples of Mesir have good actions. Allah will not solve the problem of Mesir when the peoples of Mesir have wrong actions. The action to overthrow the President Muhammad Mursi was a wrong action. Why the peoples of Mesir have wrong actions? The peoples of Mesir have wrong actions because they have the wrong belief. What is their wrong belief? They believe that a new President will solve the problems in Mesir. Without the permission of Allah even a new President of Mesir will not be able to solve the problems in Mesir. Allah will solve the problems in Mesir only when the peoples of Mesir have good actions. The armies and the peoples who are not in favour of Muhammad Mursi to become the President of Mesir believe that to have a new President will solve the problems of Mesir. What has happened to Mesir now? The overthrow of President Muhammad Mursi is not solving the problems in Mesir but instead it has increased the problems in Mesir. When they overthrow the President who is performing prayers with them they have disobeyed the order of Allah. When they disobeyed the order of Allah, the wrath of Allah is descending upon them. When the wrath of Allah is descending upon the peoples of Mesir, Allah makes the peoples of Mesir to live in constant fear and anxiety. What is the rule of Allah? When men are doing good actions, Allah will send a blessing to them and when men are doing wrong actions, Allah will send calamities to them.
In my opinion the decision which was made by the armies to overthrow Mohammad Mursi is an immature decision. The immature decision of the armies is not solving the problems of Mesir but instead it has accentuated the problems. The immature decision has created chaos and turmoil in Mesir and the whole world. When a wrong decision is made it creates problems. When more wrong decisions are made it creates even more problems. In order to solve a problem, the method which is used to solve the problem must be correct. When the method to solve the problem is wrong then more problems will arise. The wrong method of solving the original problems of Mesir has created more problems to Mesir. What was the original problem of Mesir which the armies wanted to solve? The original problem is the President Muhammad Mursi. They were not satisfied with Muhammad Mursi as the President of Mesir and they wanted to remove the President. When they used the wrong method to remove the President they have created more problems to Mesir. Now the armies of Mesir who are Muslims are killing the Muslims of Muslims Brotherhood. One of the main reasons they wanted to overthrow President was because the President was giving more favours to the members of Muslims Brotherhood and not to the others.
