All the reasons given by the armies to overthrow the President are not valid and not according to the Quran and Sunnah. Hazrat Othman was killed because he refused to step down as the President of the Muslims. He refused to step down as the President of the Muslims because he obeys the order of Prophet Muhammad saw. What was the order of Prophet Muhammad saw to Hazrat Othman? Prophet Muhammad saw ordered him not to step down in case he was forced to step down as the President of the Muslims. Hazrat Othman chooses to be killed by the demonstrators rather than to disobey the order of Allah and Prophet Muhammad saw. When a Muslim has been chosen by the Muslims to become the President of the Muslims, there is no one or any group among the Muslims who can order the person to step down as the President of the Muslims. The President of the Muslims should step down from becoming the President of the Muslims when there are many among the good Muslims of the country who also wanted him to step down as the President of the Muslims. It is wrong for the armies to overthrow the President who has been chosen by the Muslims in Mesir. The action of the armies to overthrow President Muhammad Mursi is forbidden in Islam. What should the armies of Mesir do? The armies of Mesir should listen only to the orders of the President Mohammad Mursi. The armies of Mesir should take instructions only from the President of Mesir and not from USA or Israel. In case the armies are receiving instructions from the USA or Israel to overthrow President Muhammad Mursi, it means the armies of Mesir are committing a very treacherous act against the peoples of Mesir.
What should be the punishment for those who are committing treacherous actions against the peoples of Mesir? In this case, what should the peoples of Mesir do? The peoples of Mesir should charge the army chiefs for treacherous actions against the peoples of Mesir. In case found guilty the army chiefs should be hanged to death. Now the armies of Mesir are killing the demonstrators who are Muslims, and the action of killing the demonstrators who are the Muslims will not solve the problems in Mesir but it will only accentuate the problems of Mesir. What is the order of Allah when two Muslims are in disagreement about something? The order of Allah when two Muslims are in disagreement about something is to bring the two Muslims who are in disagreement to the negotiation table and their disagreement must be solved by using the Quran and the Sunnah. On the other hand the armies are trying to solve the problem of Mesir by killing the Muslims who had refused to listen to their orders? Are the armies not the Muslims, who read the Quran and who understand the language of the Quran? Do the armies know about how to solve the problems of Mesir according to Quran and Sunnah? Their problems should be solved by bringing both of the groups who are in disagreement with each other on the negotiation table. In my opinion one renown Muslim scholar of Mesir should be invited to become the chairman of the meeting so that the disagreements between the two groups can be resolved by using the Quran and Sunnah. Is it not Mesir the land of Muslims scholars and the land which produces many Muslims scholars?
In my opinion, when there is a crisis between Muslims, it should not be the armies who should become the mediator between the Muslims who have the clashes but the Muslims scholars. Where are the Muslims scholars of Mesir? Are there Muslims scholars in Mesir? Or there is none who is the true Muslims scholars in Mesir. In my opinion, Mesir and all other Muslims countries only have the Muslims scholars who know about how to read the Quran and the Muslims scholars who know about how to read the Islamic books but not the Muslims scholars who are the believers. Only the Muslims scholars who are believers are given by Allah the understanding of the Quran and Sunnah. When Mesir and all the other Muslims countries only have the Muslims scholars who are not the believers then the Muslims scholars are not given by Allah the understanding of the Quran and Sunnah. When there are no Muslims scholars who are the believers and who understand about Quran and Sunnah then there is none from among the Muslims scholars in Mesir and other Muslims countries who are able to solve the current crisis in Mesir. What a shame to the entire Muslims in the whole world when the entire Muslims in the whole world are not able to solve the problems of the Muslims in Mesir. I am convinced that the problems in Mesir can be solved by the Muslims in case there is among the Muslims scholars in the whole world there are some who are the believers. When a decision according to the Quran and Sunnah is reached I am convinced that both parties will come to an agreement and the problem in Mesir will be solved.
We have PAS in Malaysia which is very similar to the Muslims Brotherhood of Mesir. The ulama of PAS also gives the fatwa that the members of PAS who have died in the clashes with the Malaysian Police force at Mamali, Baling Kedah in 1985 were also syuhadah. Are they really syuhadah? In my opinion, they are not syuhadah because they died while having clashes with the members of the Malaysian Police Force who were the majority are also Muslims. The policemen who had killed the Muslims in Mamali will enter the hellfire and the members of the PAS who were killed by the policemen but who also had the intention to kill the policemen who were also Muslims will also enter hellfire. In my opinion, the members of PAS who had died in Mamali were not syuhadah but the dwellers of the hellfire. The war between the Taliban and the Pakistani armies are also the war between Muslims. The Taliban are Muslims and they are killing the Pakistani armies who are also Muslims. When Muslims have the intention to kill each other then both the Muslims either the ones who were killed or the Muslims who were being killed are the dwellers of hellfire. Whoever recites the Great Kalimah is a Muslim. There is no one who could deny the fact that the persons who are reciting the Great Kalimah are Muslims. There is no one who could deny the fact that the persons who are reciting the Great Kalimah are Muslims because there is no one except Allah who knows what is inside the person’s heart. It is a great sin to kill a person who has recited the Great Kalimah and the believers. Muslims are not allowed to kill another Muslim and the believers.
Allah will declare war against those who killed the believers. Muslims are allowed have war only with the non-Muslims and the war started by non-Muslims who are angry with the Muslims because the Muslims are inviting them to become Muslims. Muslims are not allowed to have war with other Muslims even to those Muslims who wanted to have war with them. Muslims are not allowed have war with the non-Muslims who wanted to have peace with the Muslims. In Islam, war should be avoided as much as possible and war should not be the first choice of action to be used in order to solve the problems of the Muslims. In my opinion, war should not be used at all in solving any problems among the Muslims. Our Prophet Muhammad saw had tried his level best to avoid war with the Meccan peoples when he entered Mecca with armies of more than one hundred thousand people. In my opinion the Malaysian government should not have used the war in solving the problems of Mamali. The armies of Mesir should not have used the war in solving the problems of Mesir. Palestine and Israel should not have used war in solving the problems of Palestine and Israel. War is not the action which follows the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad saw. Prophet Muhammad saw was not using war in order to solve the problems of Muslims and the whole mankind. War was not the first choice of action which was used by our Prophet Muhammad saw in solving the problems of the Muslims or the problems between Muslims or the problems between Muslims and the non-Muslims. Using war in order to solve the problems of the Muslims is not following the teaching of the Quran and Sunnah. Similarly the problem in Mesir will not be solved by the armies declaring war with the demonstrators who refused to recognize the interim government.
When Muslims have disagreement between them, Allah orders the Muslims to solve their disagreement by using the Quran and Sunnah. What is the way of the Quran and the Sunnah? The way of the Quran and Sunnah is the way of our Prophet Muhammad saw. There are so many ulama or Muslims scholars in Mesir who are supposed to be well versed with the Quran and the Sunnah. The University of Al-Azhar which is located in Mesir had produced million of ulama in this world. Are there not many Muslims and Muslims scholars in Mesir who are able to memorize the Quran and to understand the meaning of the Quran? Are there not many Muslims and Muslims scholars in Mesir who are able to read the Quran in such melodies voices? There are so many Muslims in Mesir and there are so many Muslims scholars in Mesir. Is there anyone among the many millions of Muslims and thousands of Muslims scholars in Mesir who knows how to solve the problems in Mesir? Since there are problems in Mesir and until now the problems are not solved, therefore I conclude that there is none among the millions of Muslims and thousands of Muslims scholars in Mesir who is able to use the Quran and Sunnah in solving the problems of Mesir which also means that there is none in Mesir who is the believer who really understand about the Quran and the Sunnah and able to use the Quran and the Sunnah to solve the problem in Mesir. The peoples of Mesir have elected a President who is able to memorize the Quran but is not able to understand the Quran and to use the Quran in solving the problems in Mesir? In case Muhammad Mursi understands the Quran and the Sunnah then he should be able to use the Quran and Sunnah in solving the problems in Mesir and Mesir will have no problems.
In my opinion there is no one in Mesir who really understand the Quran and who is able to apply the Quran in solving the problems of Mesir. In case there is even only one person in Mesir who is able to understand the Quran and who is able to use the Quran in solving the problems in Mesir, certainly there will be no problems in Mesir. In order to make Mesir an Islamic state what should be the first order of Allah to be established in Mesir? Do Mohammad Mouse or any of the Muslims scholars in Mesir know, what should be the first order of Allah to be established in Mesir in order to make Mesir an Islamic state? Many of the Muslims scholars and Muslims believe that the first order of Allah to be established in a country which wanted to become an Islamic country is the Hudud law. Many believe that the Hudud Law is the mean to prevent the evil actions. What is the truth? The truth is Hudud Law is not the mean to prevent the evil actions. Allah orders the Muslims to prevent the evil actions not with Hudud law but with good actions. Hudud law will not prevent the evil actions as evil actions are prevented with good actions. Muslims will commit evil actions when they have weak iman. Muslims will not commit evil actions when they have strong iman or they have become the believers. Muslims will only have strong iman or will only become believers when they do the work of inviting men to do good and prevent men from evils in the way done by Prophet Muhammad saw. However there are many Muslims in Muslims Brotherhood and in PAS who believes that the first order of Allah to be established in a country that wanted to become an Islamic state is the Hudud law.
They also believe that Hudud law must be enforced only to the Muslims and not to the non-Muslims and because of that there are many Muslims in Mesir and in Malaysia who are not ready to welcome the implementation of Hudud law in Mesir and in Malaysia. What is the truth? In my opinion the truth is both the Muslims and the non-Muslims should be given the choice to choose either to be punished under the Civil law or under the Hudud law. In Islam there is no compulsion in religion. In my opinion the Muslims will choose to be punished under the Hudud law only when they are the believers. When Muslims are not the believers then they are not ready to be punished under the Hudud law. Many Muslims in Mesir and in Malaysia are not in favour of Hudud law because they are not believers. When Muslims are not believers they will prefer Mesir or Malaysia to remain a secular state and not an Islamic state. Muslims are able to obey the orders of Allah only when they have the foundation of Islam. What is the foundation of Islam? What surprise me; there are so many Muslims in this world who do not know what the foundation of Islam is? When they do not know what the foundation of Islam is, it means they do not have even the foundation of Islam in their lives. When they do not have the foundation of Islam in their lives, it means they do not have Islam in their lives. Many Muslims understand that the foundation in Islam is to have the knowledge about fardu ain in Islam.
Some Muslims also understand that to have the foundation of Islam is to have the knowledge about the Quran and Hadis. What is the truth about the foundation of Islam? The foundation of Islam is to have the Great Kalimah implanted in the mind and the soul of the Muslims. The Great Kalimah is implanted into the mind and the soul of the Muslims only when the Muslims are doing the work of inviting men to good and forbidding men from the evils in the way shown by the Prophet Muhammad saw. What should be the first order of Allah to be established in a country that wanted to become an Islamic country? The first order of Allah to be established in a country that wanted to become an Islamic country should be the order to invite mankind to good and to forbid mankind from evils and not the Hudud law. The order to invite mankind to good and to forbid mankind from evils is the order which fulfils the right of reciting the Great Kalimah. A Muslim who does not do the work of inviting mankind to good and forbidding mankind from evils is not fulfilling the right of reciting the Great Kalimah. When a Muslim is not fulfilling the right of reciting the Great Kalimah it means the Muslim is not practicing the first pillar of the five pillars of Islam or the first Rukun of the five Rukun Islam. Prophet Muhammad saw was reported to have said to the companions with an approximate meaning; All persons who have recited the Great Kalimah will obtain the benefits of reciting the Great Kalimah unless that person is not fulfilling the right of reciting the Great Kalimah. The companions asked Prophet Muhammad saw; what is the right of reciting the Great Kalimah? Prophet Muhammad saw answered; when evils are openly done against Allah, the persons who are reciting the Great Kalimah are not preventing the persons from committing the evils against Allah. What is the evil action done openly against Allah? The evil action done openly against Allah is men openly not willing to accept or to recite I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.
