EDUCATED AND HIGHLY TECHNOLOGICAL COMMUNITIES

In order for Malaysia to become an advanced nation, its population must highly educated and technologically literate. A certain formal education is compulsory for all citizens and it becomes an offense for not adhering to the rules. All children are compulsory to attend schools from the age of six to the age of seventeen. Parents who are not sending their children to schools are breaching the laws of the country and will be penalized. Government will provide all facilities needed to enable all citizens between the ages of six to seventeen to go to schools. It becomes a responsibility on the government to provide free education to all citizens especially education between the ages of six to seventeen. Primary education between the age of six to twelve focuses on reading, writing, talking, calculating, typing and sports. All main languages; Malay, English, Chinese and Tamil are thought in Primary Schools. Muslims students are compulsory to study and practice the five pillars of Islam and the six pillars of Iman.
All Muslim students should learn how to read the Holy Quran and Hadith with translation. The non-Muslims students are compulsory to study moral and social ethics. At the end of the primary schools all the students will know how to read, write, discuss and talk in all main languages. They are also religious and morally sound. Main subjects studied during primary education are languages, mathematics, computer, moral or Islamic studies, sciences and sports. During primary schools, students are not burden with the subjects of geography and history. The main concern is to instill the correct beliefs and mindsets to the students. All students in both primary and secondary schools are required to undergo a self-talk therapy program at the beginning and at the end of school period for a period of 10 minutes. The self-talk therapy program will inculcate the correct beliefs and mindsets to the students. The correct beliefs and mindsets will make them having good behaviors such as, hardworking, loving, respect, obedience to the teachers and to their parents. All students with bad behaviors are treated using self-talk therapy and counseling. Students with special qualities in sport will continue their studies in secondary schools specializing in sports and those with other special qualities will continue their secondary education in schools specializing in those qualities. Students in primary schools will study from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm .Schools open every day except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. They will study Islamic studies including reading of the Quran and prayers or moral studies (for non-muslim), sports, drawing, singing or dancing in the afternoon, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. All Muslim students pray Zohor and Asar prayer with congregation at schools. They will have lunch at school and the Government will provide lunch. The foods are healthy and cook in a healthy way. The Government will provide school buses at affordable rate to bring students to schools and back from schools to their homes. All schoolbooks are provided by the government and kept at the schools. Students are only need to bring their exercise books to their homes and back to schools. Parents are to be with their children only after 5.00 pm until they go to sleep at 10.00 pm.

Lower Secondary school, which takes three years, teaches the students to have the ability of critical thinking, ability to analyze, to do research, to accept only the truth, and to reject falsehood. During lower secondary school, the main subjects are mathematics, computer sciences, sciences, history and geography, business studies and accountancy. Bahasa Malaysia, English, Islamic studies on social issues and moral continue to be important subjects to study in secondary schools. The work of enjoining good and forbidding evil and performing five times prayer are thought practically in lower secondary school to all Muslim students. During upper secondary school, students are group into various streams such as arts, business and accountancy, computer science, science and mathematics, and Islamic studies. Students that do not excel in studies will enter technical and agricultural schools and study various technical and agricultural fields that require hands on expertise. On graduating, the students are able to works in various fields of industries. Period of study is three years, which includes one year of practical training in the related industries. Students who excel in studies will continue to study in upper secondary schools for two years and sit for the Malaysian Certificate of Education exam. On passing the exam, all students without exception can enter Universities and in three years they can obtain a Basic Degree in various fields of Sciences, Languages, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, History, Geography, Islamic Studies, Business and Accountancy. With the Basic Degrees, students can enter the various Professional courses such as Medicines, Dentistry, Optometry, Laws, Architecture, Engineering, Education, Sciences, Research and other Professional courses. All professional courses will take from two to five years of studies and one year of internship. The internship can take place either locally or abroad.

The government will make sure all Malaysians to be educated and having equal opportunities to study. Everyone can obtain full loans to study from the government and government will make automatic deduction from their salary, once they get jobs after they have graduated. Those who excel in their studies, the government will turn the loans into scholarships. Everyone in Malaysia can excel in all the fields of their choice, thus contribute to make Malaysians well educated, and highly technologically communities. All houses in Malaysia will be linked with internet; shopping and paying bills can be done online. Malaysians are thought to use internet during their secondary schools. All houses in Malaysia will have gas pipeline, electricity and clean water supply. The government will take responsibility in providing these basic needs at lower and affordable prices. Washing clothes, plates and cooking utensils are done by machines. All type of readymade dishes that just heat and ready to eat are sell in supermarkets. Malaysia government will make childcare centers of various ages in all housing areas and government’s workers run the centers. All parents regardless whether both are working or not are encouraged to send their children to the childcare centers and they are only required to pay some minimum charges to the government. The childcare centers are run by trained personals who will conduct self-talk therapy programs on the children so that their mindsets and beliefs are towards Allah and the orders of Allah and to teach them basic reading of Quran. The centers will be furnished with kitchens, playgrounds, and all other facilities that make the centers like a home to the children. Good foods, cook in a healthy way will be provided to the children so that the children will have healthy body as well as healthy minds and beliefs. Parents will only take their children at 5.00 pm in the evening or after they have come back from their work.
