War is a crime. War lead to devastation and miseries. War lead to hatred and criminal acts. Because of war, women are molested and children are made orphans and many children are born without clear lineage. War is not the way to solve problems. Men should resort to other ways other than war to solve their problems. When two countries have misunderstanding about their borders, they should not resolve the problems by having wars between them. Such problems should be brought to the International Court of Justice and whatever decided by the court should be accepted by both nations as final. When the Muslims in southern Thailand and Philippines claimed a separate country, the International Court of Justice should resolve the issues. Both the governments of Thailand and Philippines and the Muslims of their respective countries should put their views regarding the matter. Whatever decided by the court should be accepted by both sides and the wars that has been going on for so many years should stop immediately.

Muslims in southern Thailand and Philippines should not go to war only because the Muslims want to have a country of their own. Why we need a country of only Muslims. We should be able to live cordially with the non-Muslims and invited the non-Muslims to enter Islam. What has happen to the Muslims in India who has moved away from India to establish the predominantly Muslim country of Pakistan and Bangladesh? Are the problems of the Muslims in the subcontinent solved .Although the Muslims have their own country but they remain poor and illiterate .The creation of Muslim countries of Pakistan and Bangladesh does not solve the Muslim problems .Allah has ordered the Muslims to live with the non-Muslim cordially and while living with them we should invite them to accept Islam. What are the reasons that the Muslims in Thailand and Philippines want a country of their own? Are they not allowed to practice their religion and do the work of dakwah? Would it not be better for the Muslims to remain in Thailand and Philippines and to do the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims?

Allah would make the Muslims supreme and honored when the Muslims obeyed the orders of Allah. The first order of Allah to the Muslims is to do the work of dakwah. Dakwah means to convey the great words to the non-Muslim and the second order of Allah is to perform five times daily solat. Allah has sent Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and the Muslims as a blessing for the entire humanity. Allah has ordered Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and the Muslims to invite the non-Muslims to accept Islam and to recite the great words, I bear witness there is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. Now the work of dakwah is dead. Muslims have stopped doing the work of dakwah. Muslims do not do the work of dakwah as they used to do. When the Muslims disobeyed Allah then Allah is not pleased with the Muslims and problems come.

In order to solve the problems of the Muslims, the Muslims must obey Allah. The problems come because of disobedience and it would be solved only when the Muslims obeyed Allah. When the Muslims try to solve the problems by waging war against the non-Muslims then the problems increased .When the Muslims wage war against the non Muslims because they do not grant our claimed of having our own country then the Muslims has disobeyed Allah .Allah does not allow us to go to war with the non-Muslim only because they do not agree with our demand to have a country of our own. Whether we have a country of our own or not is not important to Allah. What is important to Allah is we obey Allah at all times and circumstances. When we obey Allah, Allah is pleased and when we disobey Allah, Allah is displeased.

When Muslims wage war against the non-Muslim because they do not want to agree to our demand to have a country of our own then the Muslim has disobeyed Allah. Allah does not allow us to wage war against the non-Muslim on reasons of material things. When we disobeyed Allah, we certainly will not get the help of Allah. Allah will make us lose the war and at the same time, many Muslims children and women will die and injured because of the war. Allah will make us tired of the war and yet the land still does not belong to the Muslims. The war between the government of bothThailand and Philippine and the Muslims have gone for so many years and until now nothing has been resolved. War is a crime. The war has caused untold suffering to so many people. The war does not make Allah pleased and the war is not jihad. War against the non-Muslim because of power, land and wealth is not jihad. Muslims should only go to war when the rulers of the country stopped the work of propagating Islam or the great words. In Islam, war is like tayamum .Tayamum is done when there is no water available for ablution .When the work of dakwah is stopped then only war is necessary. When Muslims wage war against the non-Muslims on reasons other than to propagate the great words then the Muslims have disobeyed Allah. Allah prohibits Muslims to engage in wars that arise because of materials and power. Muslims are sent in this world only for the propagating the great words to the non-Muslims and to invite them to enter Islam. Muslims are sent in this world for the benefits of mankind and not to cause miseries and suffering to the peoples.
