A person can be put into jail without trial. Under the internal security acts a person can be put into jail without trial. It sounds absurd that we can place someone in captivity without trial. A person who has been found guilty by the court may not be necessarily guilty as the court judges are human and they may make mistake. To charge a person guilty without trial is not in accordance with the wishes of Allah. Allah will charge us guilty only after we have been trial in the field of Mahsyar. Allah will give us the record book of our actions and asked us whether the charges against us written in the book are true. In case we denied what is written in the book then Allah will make all other parts of the body except the mouth to speak against us. Allah has all the evidence to charge against us and after we have been trialed and we are found guilty then only we are put in the hell fire which is the prison of Allah. Allah is all knowing and Allah can put us into the hell fire without trial. Allah does not needs all the evidences to prove that we are wrong yet Allah put us under trial before we are thrown into the hell fire.

When we rule the country with justice and we are true to our words and we place the interest of the people and the country above our own interest then Allah is with us. Allah has given us the power to rule and we must use the power to do justice to all. As a leader we must do justice since the prayers of those whom we have done injustice is accepted by Allah even if the prayer comes from those who do not believe in Allah. Allah does everything with justice and Allah hates those who practice injustice. When we put people into jail without trial we may do injustice. If we practice injustice then Allah will punish us. We say that we cannot talk on sensitive issues. What we mean by sensitive issues is to talk on the topic of race and religion. When Malaysians cannot talk on topic of race and religion then we better do not have a race and also a religion. Malaysians must be allowed to talk on topics of race and religion but no one should ridicule other religion and other races. Everyone should speak the good sides of others or they should remain silent. When we ridicule others we have disobeyed the orders of Allah. When we ridicules other religion or races then they in return will ridicules our race and our religion.

When someone makes speeches that ridicule other races and religions then the action is wrong and that will incurred problems. When someone makes speeches that humiliate the Malay rulers and the constitutions then the action is wrong and that also will leads to problems. When a person says we want more justice and we want more poor Chinese to get scholarships then that is not a sensitive talks. When a person says the Malays should not get more scholarships than the Chinese then that is a sensitive speech. When someone says the Indians live in poverty and we demands more help from the governments then it is not a sensitive speech but when someone says the government has favored the Malays above Indians that is sensitive speech. When Malaysians talk they must think before they talk because when we simply talks without thinking we may create troubles. When someone simply speaks or writes as they pleased then they should be put into trials in the court. The person can be charged under sedition acts. We can have evidences of their speeches and writings to prove in the court that the person is trying to cause riots among the people. We should not use the Internal Security Acts. When we used the Acts we may do injustice and we are doing injustice to others we are inviting the wrath of Allah upon us.

Justice is the carnal of good governance. A leader is well respected when he or she exercises justice in his or her leadership. Malaysia will be well respected by other countries when Malaysia exercises justice in her governance. Greed and hatred may abuse the usage of the Internal Security Acts. The Acts can be used to kill the political career of one’s political enemies or can be used in order to maintain power. The Acts may give rise to dictatorship. In whatever situation the use of Internal Security Acts is not warranted in a country like Malaysia who would like to be the role model of a developing Muslim country. All Malaysians not only the government like that Malaysia becomes a peaceful country but peace does not comes when we have the Internal Security Acts, The Acts does not make Malaysia to become peaceful but Malaysia will only becomes peaceful when Malaysians have good qualities like loving and respecting each others. Qualities belong to individuals and it is not synonymous to race. We must be able to accept the fact that we are all different individual and we should respect each others different and avoid ridiculing or showing disrespect to other individuals just because they are different from us.
